Costume Jewelry

Costume jewelry is everywhere nowadays and I just have one thing to say -- what took so long?  It seems so simple: a necklace can be worn by women of all sizes, ages and color.  It can softy (or loudly) convey your personality.  And, you don't need to be fashionable.  Dress up your everyday t-shirt and casual with a fancy bib necklace or a simple low hanging charm.
